"Just wanted to comment on your course and specialized training that I received from attending the one week program.
Having but nominal experience in the field of loan origination, your course outline initially caught my attention as a very comprehensive and detailed inertia in understanding the total in dept analysis of the world of mortgage loan origination.
Seeing that my plan is to start my own mortgage company right away, I felt it was definitely necessary to grasp all the finer points of what I need to skillfully present the customer with the best overall service and detailed financial assistance that would fully encompass the required need of my clients.

The Espleez training course really focused on out of the box thinking, differentiating the loan originator from the rest of the competition out there, providing him/her with the skills to stand out and provide a service that most other mortgage companies have not even begin to realize. When I did my post graduate studies, I was fortunate to have professors from Harvard and Princeton present some of my course material. I can unequivocally say that the level of professionalism and overall detailed presentation I gathered from this course was most definitely on par with lectures of these professors.
What also impressed me with the course was that it catered for both new comers to the world of loan origination as well as individuals that have been laon originators for 15 plus years. In growing my company, I will most definitely make it a required training obligation for any new people I'm looking to hire, because certainly the level of advancement offered in the Espleez course, by instructors that have many years of experience in the field of mortgage banking and loan origination is invaluable and the time away from the office taking this course can in no way be measured. "I have really focused this week on using the skills that they taught us in the Espleez class. I've worked on setting myself apart from other loan officers. What I have done is go into more detail and provide more options which in itself shows credibility. I always just gave the payments and rates and answered any other questions. Now, I do most of the talking and it's really working! In the last 3 days, I have won over a current customer who was ready to go with Everhome, appraisal was being done Friday. She appreciated my advice and the time I spent with her so much that she went with me, a $247,000 refinance loan.
