Course phases

Phase One- Home Study Course

A 70 hour Home Study Course which has all the facts and information you need to start applying your skills. You can take this course on your own time but you must schedule the Classroom Certification Phase (1 week in Atlanta*) within 2 months of taking the Home Study. This allows you to gain knowledge while preparing for your Mortgage Career.

Phase One is a prerequisite for Phase Two. A passing score will be required to become a Certified Mortgage Planner.

Phase Two - Certification Course

1 week at our training facility in Atlanta, Georgia. We take the information you gain from the Home Study and show you how to apply it. You will spend 50+ hours gaining close to a years worth of valuable hands on experience. These are the implementation skills which will set you up for success.
