The location of our courses may vary depending on availability of classrooms and the size of the student population. You will be informed well in advance of the location of your specific course.
Notice of cancellation is required at least
7 days prior to the start of each class. Should you need to
cancel a class you will be given the option of attending a class at a
later date or a refund of the class fees. You will be charged a $50
cancellation fee upon cancellation, or you can reschedule for another
date without being charged the cancellation fee.
If you are requesting a refund you will be required to return all class
materials and they must be returned in new/unused condition in order to
be eligible for a full refund of the class fee. All refunds will be held
until the materials are received by Espleez. If the materials are
damaged, missing or in an unusable condition, a $100 fee will be
deducted from the total refund amount.
Espleez reserves the right to cancel a class due to low attendance. In
the event that a class is cancelled by Espleez, you will be given the
choice to attend the next scheduled class or a refund of the class fees
minus the materials fees listed above.
